I am a stunt coordinator and stuntman. I have worked in the film and television industry for over 20 years. Having done almost every job on set including 1st and 2nd unit director, grip, dp and actor, I have an unmatched professionalism, proficiency and know how to get the job done successfully. My strong acting background also allows me to understand the importance in combining action with story and the conflict. My most current shows include “Cogan’s Trade”, With Brad Pitt and Ray Liota, and great fight scenes with Bruce Willis on “Looper”, Tom Hardy on “ Wettest County In the World” and Jeffery D. Morgan on “The Fields”. Fight choreography is one of my strongest skills. I have black belts in five systems and have trained world champions in MMA and Kickboxing So I Know what real fighting is and looks like. I know camera lenses and the right angles for action. I know how to work with actors and break down moves to very basic and simple to help sale the realism in a short time frame.
Horse work was the skill that first brought me to my first set. I quickly left my life of pushing cattle to work as a wrangler and I trained rearing and fall down horses. That and years of Meisner training and great acting coaches in Los Angeles got me a lead supporting role opposite Don Swayze on the epic western “Heathens and Thieves” . As you can see from the picture on this page a fun western with all of the thrills. Coming Sept 2011. I was also the stunt coordinator and 2nd Unit director on this amazing film. I am aware of a productions needs and am very budget-conscious. My other stunt skills include fighting, driving, motorcycles (dirt bikes and Harley’s) wire work and ratchets, water work including Scuba-rescue certified, boats and water craft. I am great with weapons from full auto rifles to bull whips knifes and swordplay. I look forward to bringing the action into your next project .
